My career has never followed a straight line — it has followed opportunity. That instinct has put me inside some of the most consequential shifts in the digital economy, earlier than almost anyone.
I started in federal contracting at Lockheed Martin, upgrading network infrastructure for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. I founded SouthEastern IT Solutions in the dot-com aftermath — acquiring servers from Excite@Home, Napster, and Enron bankruptcies and moving them globally when the internet was still figuring itself out. I built Bentley Logistics into a real federal contractor, closing $15M+ in DoD contracts for infrastructure rebuilding in Iraq and Afghanistan.
In 2002 I founded AutoVid — a global vehicle export operation that reached $60M in annual revenue across 15+ countries and ran profitably for 19 years.
In November 2013, before Ethereum existed, I founded HempCoin (THC) — one of the first 30 Layer-1 blockchains ever built. The network reached a $200M peak market cap and Top 100 CoinMarketCap ranking in 2018. It has operated continuously for 13 years. I also founded Satoshi Firm in 2014 — a blockchain consulting practice I have run through every market cycle since, advising boards, government contractors, and regulated industries.
Today I serve as Head of Growth & BD for SIMBA Chain — a cryptographic verifiable trust layer deployed at IL-5 and architected for IL-6 that makes every record independently provable beneath any agency's existing platform. I lead federal business development across Air Force, Space Force, Navy, DoD, DoE, DoJ, and DLA — running active engagements at the Pentagon, through Senate Armed Services channels, and across AFRL, Navy supply chain, and SBIR/STTR programs.
